the simpleton got banned from ASC, got reinstated, then got permabanned.
He’s annoyed, but not enough to change his ways.
Personally, I have multiple Apple accounts. Apple allows up to three AppleIDs
per Apple device, and I have lots of Apple devices, and accounts going back
more than 35 years. In particular I have three @
mac.com accounts, which can
also be @
me.com and @
icloud.com, allowing multiple AppleIDs, lots of them...
plus several accounts for business use and several accounts for technical
use. I have several AppleIDs known to ASC, I just use them in different parts
of ASC and don’t do dishonest things like use them to post ‘points’ for
each other. The simpleton can’t conceive of anyone not doing that kin of
thing, as he’s fundamentally dishonest. Besides, as Apple knows damn well
who owns those accounts if only because they were the ones who issued them in
the first place, attempting to do anything sneaky would be a good way to get
banned. You know, the way he was.
Personally, I see no reason to use accounts from as far back as 35 years ago
to get ‘points’. I’m not interested in ‘points’. I’ve said so,
repeatedly, directly to various higher-higher at Apple, most of whom I’ve
known since well before they were higher-higher, as I’ve been on various
Apple fora and mailing lists for THIRTY FIVE PLUS YEARS. For reasons which
made sense to someone at Apple, I got one of the first 200 @
mac.com
addresses, for free, at a time when Apple was charging for ‘em, and that
was NOT the first account I had at Apple. They know exactly who I am. (Hint:
‘Wolffan’ is NOT an Apple account...) What I suspect he wants to do is to
try to find a way to get one or more of my AppleIDs banned. Good luck with
that, he has no idea which Ids I use, which fora I access using those IDs,
or, indeed, anything at all which could identify me on ASC. Other than the
fact that I’ve been around for a long time.
The simpleton is pissed because he’s banned. He wants to get unbanned. This
is unlikely. He could create a new AppleID for one of his devices... but
Apple would know it’s him, because they’d check to see who owns that
device, and sooner or later they’d get around to banning the new ID as
well. Perhaps he shouldn’t have been a stalking, trolling, severely
brain-damaged, alcohol-fogged, paranoiac.
