Available VPN solutions for MacOS 9 (nad earlier)?

All,

I need some kind of VPN for a Pismo running System 9 and networked via
wireless lan since its WEP encryption is obsolete.

So far, research has brought up the "PGP Corporate Desktop 7.2" package
<http://www.vmeng.com/mc/archives/2002-October/000086.html> for ipsec
support, and the NTS TunnelBuilder for pp2p/l2tp support.

Both were commercial applications, both are not available any more.

Does anybody have alternatives, experience, surplus licenses?

I just learned that PGP.com's PGP 8.0 (MacOS X only) shipped with a 7.2
installer for MacOS 8.6 .. 9.2 support. Does anybody have that still
around, and is willing to part with it?
