Do it yourself and get an Apple II emulator for your Quadra for FREE!
anon ftp to cassandra.ucr.edu /pub/apple2
download STM0.82.sea.hqx. It will emulate an Apple II on your Quadra.
You can also download "converter" to, well, figure it out.
Sorry Micah. Free enterprise sometimes means free.
(BTW, I didn't write the code. A friend of mine did.)

OTHERWISE, Micah's service is just right for you (especially since
5.25 medium is only rated at, what, 10 years? Some of us have
lots of old stuff lying around.)
BTW, I played Karateka on my 660AV last night so STM works
on that machine and I have seen it run on a 700 too (witrh Tai
Pan).
Happy retro-computing!
Ummm.... The ability to run DOS 3.3 disk images in an Apple II+
emulator has no application to transferring files from a 5.25 Apple
II disk to a Mac disk. First of all, very few Mac owners have a
5.25" disk drive (unless you've got a IIe card, and then a II+ emulator
is worthless). Secondly, the emulated II+ can't use ProDos which is
the most up-to-date operating system.
You may then say, but what about Apple File Exchange? True, AFE
transfers ProDOS to HFS quite easily, but once again you must get
the files on a 3.5" disk. Not very difficult if you have an Apple IIgs,
but a GS can read and write Mac disks directly. So, AFE is quite
worthless unless your a IIe card owner.
BTW, that emulator's great! Although I wish someone could do an enhanced
IIe version or maybe even a GS version. I'd like to be able to run some
of my old favorites like Dungeon Master, The Immortal, Xenocide, Rastan,
etc. on my Mac.
