suddenly Mail headers won't print!

This is really weird and it's driiving me nuts. When I print an email
message from Apple's Mail, it only prints the body of the email, but not
the headers (who it's from, date, all that). I hesitate to trash the
preferences because that would trash all my accounts... Any ideas how
/why this could happen? I never had that problem before.

I see the headers just fine on screen (it's set to "default" in my
preferences), it's just that when I send it to the printer -- any
printer -- the header doesn't print.
