System 7.1 vs. 7.1P5?

I've got a Performa 550 and it has System 7.1P5 installed. I have
found a couple of control panels that are different from 7.1, and
I'm curious to know what all the differences are.

Does anyone have or know of a list of the differences between 7.1
and 7.1P5?

Does anyone know (from experience) whether standard 7.1 can be
installed on a Performa 550? Are there specific reasons why the
Performa cannot run 7.1 or specific reasons for needing 7.1P5?

Last question...does Apple have a CD-ROM install disc for 7.1P5 as
they do for 7.1?
