Hmm, can you persuade iTunes to upload a PDF to the iPhone? I keep PDFs
of manuals in iTunes, but you can't upload them to an iPod (not that it
would do any good if you could). However an iPhone can show a PDF, at
least via Safari.

Makes sense. A camera is a camera. Pity there isn't a bulk storage
device mode so you could upload things as well.
