OMG,
i couldn't work by night without gamma corrector..the mac is overall
white..a global screen gamma control seems a nice solution but..
there are a lot of software which comes with other skins, but not only
for fun, but for our health too. Mostly of professional applications
use dark layouts, because darker colours aren't so 'hard' and
'painful' on long time working.
There must be a shell script to change backround
colors................pleeaze!!!

I'm not sure what this has to do with programming, but if you prefer a
dark background then try the following:

System Preferences -> Universal Access -> Display -> White on Black

Hi Paul.
thanks for your interesting. Hm, the layout colors aren't argoments
for programmers. Sure. But without code nothing would runs- i
personally i'm an passionated applescripts enthusiast, but everything
has its limits.
i work with colors, so the inversion of colors is out of discussion.
Finally, sob, i cannot understand why this argoment (not only my
problem) gets so poor reactions and answers..
if somebody other will try..
