Macintosh expertise is a must. Many of the following skills are necessary:
software support experience, software quality assurance experience,
excellent communication skills, dedication to customer satisfaction,
patience and follow-through, ability to clearly explain technical issues,
and ability to follow symptoms to a problem. Some of the following skills
are a plus: some experience with Macintosh programming, and experience with
4th Dimension.
Job Description
The Technical Support/Quality Assurance Engineer will be an integral part
of Natural Intelligence's Engineering and Support teams. Engineers will
help to: provide technical support on the phone and online, follow up with
customers to insure satisfaction, work with engineering to determine
sources of customer problems, maintain support database, work with
engineering to develop test plans for products and custom databases,
execute test plans, report problems to developers, maintaining software
defect and enhancement database, and represent our customers throughout the
development process
