Quest: how to build MPW PowerPC Tool?

I've been able to build MPW Tools for 68k, but have been unable to do this for
PowerPC. I would like to be able to do this with both the Symantec (SMrC) and
Metrowerks compilers for MPW. If anyone has any advice, or could send me a
sample makefile, I'd appreciate it.
