Better redraws on 1400 with Kaleidoscope.

I've found that using Kaleidoscope and Lloyd Wood's "a greyscale
Kaleidoscope" scheme is faster on redraws than Apple's Platinum Appearance.
I'm not selling the scheme, as there are a lot of other simple schemes that
can speed things up, but Lloyd's scheme has no interface resources in it, it
uses the K2 control panel's resources, which is faster since K2 is already
in RAM.

What a difference 8 makes!
