What's a comfortable easy to read font for a powerbook screen?

I've played with so many for use in Eudora nad other apps, and other
than realizing I need to set the size up to 12 or even 14, i
cannotdecide which is clearest for lengthy sessions.

What do others prefer?

Hi

I finally settled on Courier...

Every now & then I try others but Courier seems to
me to be most legible.

I checked a lot of fonts and I settled on Tahoma. Still bouncing
around 11pt-12pt. I've used it on OS 9 and find it to be pleasant on
OS X.

If you look closely, there is little difference in the rendering of
Tahoma and Geneva. Tahoma is a little more "cleaned up" version of
Geneva in that, for higher resolution screens, there is one pixel less
height to a few characters with strong vertical segments. I think Tahoma
does a little better, then, for odd integer sizes.

I like Arial, too.
