How do I expand a HQX file downloaded from PC

Today I download a file from Apple, it is a HQX file containing a SEA file, which will
expanded into a disk image.

But my Macintosh does not connect to the Internet, the file was downloaded using
my PC. WinZip can recognize the HQX file and I can get the SEA file from it.
But my Mac StuffIt Deluxe will choke on the HQX file.

1) Is there anyway to get StuffIt Deluxe to recognize the file?
2) If not, any other utilities can handle it (please tell me where to get it)?
3) If I have to use the SEA file extracted from WinZip on Mac, what shall I do?

Transfer the hqx to the mac _then_ decode it with StuffIt. If the hqx is
too big for a floppy, zip and span it to multiple floppies and join them
with ZipIt on a mac, then decode binhex.

Stuffit expander will expand .HQX files by dragging and dropping the
encoded file on the application. I'm using version 4.0.1 and it is able to
decode all my .Hqx files without any problems.

Point of note: I have tried double-clicking on .hqx files before - that
would usually cause the system to open the file with Stuffit Deluxe,
which then reports that the file is not a valid stuffit archive. I
suspect that there are switches which should be configured to make it
work but for the time being I would suggest that you simply drop the
files onto Stuffit Expander (which comes with Stuffit Deluxe anyway) -
that should unstuff all sorts of files in any occasion.
