Is there a Fax application similar to FAXstf that allows you to send
faxes to fax machines
via ADSL? Seems like the ones I am finding work with a dial-up service
only.

Remember that DSL is an ethernet network connection. Your best bet is to
look for a web site that will dial a phone number to call the destination
fax machine. Check for such services on Yahoo.

Also, you should still be able to use your regular fax modem on the voice
channel of the ADSL connection.
