As a happy (and perhaps addicted) owner of a 1990-vintage Apple Macintosh
Portrait Mode display, I am trying to find out whether there are modern PC
and/or Mac PCI-bus graphics cards available to drive this beauty.
For those of you who did not yet have the pleasure of enjoying the pleasures
of a portrait display, here are some of the relevant technical details:
display area 203.2 mm by 276.1 mm
-- shows a full A4 document page plus menu-bar
640 horizontal by 870 vertical pixels
horizontal scanning frequency 68.85 kHz
vertical scanning frequency 75 Hz refresh rate
dot density 80 dots per inch
dot clock rate 57.2832 MHz
video analog RS-343
sync separate sync, negative going TTL
Thanks in advance for any hints/tips/references.
