I decided to use the Finder that came with 6.0.7 anyway. It works fine
with system 6.0.3. And I was pleased to find a new (I think) feature: if
you option-double-click a folder in the Finder, it not only opens the
folder, but closes its parent. (The parent can be reopened by
double-clicking the title-bar, as usual.) Very nice for reducing window
clutter on small screens. I tried to see if there was a way to go from a
window to its parent, closing it at the same time (like maybe
option-double-clicking the title bar), but no dice.
Anybody found a way of doing this or any other new Finder shortcuts?
