CodeTopo is a free tool developped under Revolution/Hypertalk. It allows
to automatically draw all the objects of a plan from their cartesian
coordinates (XY values). It will interest particularly those who
manipulate files of topographical or geographical points and want to
obtain quickly a graphic presentation from them.

CodeTopo integrates functions allowing the recuperation of geographical
coordinates from bitmap pictures, and the conversion between different
geographical and cartographic systems.

Plans are saved in PDF format.
