I used to be able to reuse my HP Injet cartridges about 4 or five times
by filling them with Parker Quink. The new higher capacity ones with
the green tops are not so easy to refill. They are under pressure and
when you poke the needle into the obvious spot on the top, it ruins
them. Does anyone know the trick to refilling these?

I looked for a FAQ on this but could not find it.

Please point me to the answer.

Thanks

Try the REINK refill kit by Renewable Resources. Comes with a punch
to drill out the hole, a replacement plug and a primer bulb. Instructions
say to prime once. Believe them. I didn't and soaked up drips for several
minutes before I could reinstall the cartridge. OfficeMax and Office Depot
both carry it. Under $20 for about 6 refills.
