Does macOS Big Sur's Time Machine not back up ~/.Trash? Because I
couldn't find it in the Time Machine's back ups since MacBook Pro's
trash was accidently emptied.

Thank you for reading and hopefully answering soon. :)

It's "winter" again before the heat wave. Another quiet week? Is it still spring break? The Batman was overrated!

Does any version of TimeMachine backup any Trash folders?

It’s the Trash. Never put anything in the Trash unless you want to delete
it.

As far as I know, Time Machine has _never_ backed up the Trash.

It was a rhetorical question. The answer is 'no'.

TimeMachine doesn't backup cache files either, or quite a long list of
other 'transient' and 'temporary' files. The files that were in the
trash, would have been backed up from before they were placed in the
trash.

Also of note, the Trash is not a place to store files.
