Does anyone know of any adapters needed to fit a scsi drive from a pc
into a mac? Do pins need swapping or anything like that?

Are there different pin outs for mac scsi utilization?

Generally not. You might run into an old PC SCSI adapter that has a strange
pinout in a DB-25 connector thus requiring a cable different from what you
would use for a Mac DB-25 to Centronics, but that's about the only time I would
expect this possibility.
