Hi,

I am trying to connect an old Mac IIsi to my SVGA PC Monitor using a UNIMAC
82D adaptor. I only need 640x480 and have tried all the setting on the back
of the UNIMAC. None of these worked.

Does any have the full list of dip switch settings for this adaptor ( it's
got two banks of dip switches on the back.)

Any help would great as I'm starting to go mad here trying random
settings!!! Argh!

Regards,
Gavin Dandridge.

As followsfor 640 x 480 13" res with seperate syncs:

Row A is closest to Mac connector, row B is closest to PC connector.
A - 1,2,5 on
B - 8 on

As follows for 832 x 624 with seperate syncs:
A - 2,4,5 on
B - 8 on

The IIsi and IIci built in video can be a bit unpredictable when used with
non Apple monitors.

Humm.. I've tried these and I get a black screen.... I've also tried A - 1,2
with B - 7 on, that works better because I can see the image of the mac
desktop but the picture won't hold on the screen. It's as if the refresh
rate is wrong or the monitor is not using the same sync line. Are there any
other settings I could try?

Regards,
Gavin.
