I wrote:
A designer I work with wants me to get
something like the Auto F/X Photo/Graphic Edges 3.0
featured in the Image Club catalogue.

These provide various shapes and blurs to produce
artsy edges for photos (TIFFs, I presume).

Problem: they cost $US 180 per volume, plus s&h.
(or $US 400 for three volumes)

Is there a cheaper competitor, shareware or commercial?
