Hi,

I have recently started playing Harpoon (Classic), and reading through the
faq, I came across several references to the Harpoon BattleBook. I believe,
that this is not the same thing as the Manual that came with the game. In
that case, can anyone describe (briefly) what is in the book? How can I
get it, and how much does it cost?

Thanks,

Rajen

"Harpoon Battlebook, The Official Strategies & Tactics Guide"
"The Definitive Handbook for Computer Harpoon. Includes
Information on Over 800 Naval Platforms, Sensors, and Weapons Systems".
By James DeGoey, published by Prima Publishing.

I got my copy when I purchased Harpoon a couple of years ago. My version of
the book has a '91 copyright date, and only covers BattleSets 1, 2, & 3.
Besides a ton of data about ships, planes, & subs, and the weapons they carry,
the book has a "case study", or tutorial that walks you through the tactics
involved on one of the scenarios.
