How to rotate bones (The Dig)

Hello,

I'm trying to play The Dig on my Mac, and I know I need to rebuild the
dead creature at the bottom of the museum spire. I can pick up the
pieces, but I cannot rotate them. Does anyone know how?

Any help is much appreciated. I can't believe the game makers made it so
difficult to figure out which keys should be used. Thanks.

I recall this in a review. I believe the untold instruction is to use the
Tab key.
