Hi,

I'm currently playing Timelapse and enjoying it immensely until now,
where I've become stuck at the arrow shooting "puzzle" in Anasazi.

I know I'm supposed to shoot the arrow through the hole in the cliff
right in front of me but I just can't do it. I've tried and I've tried,
to no avail. The arrow's either taken by the wind or breaks at the very
top of the cliff. And when I don't give the arrow full power, it doesn't
even come near the top of the cliff.

So I need a good hint to help me solve this. (What kind of puzzle is
this anyway? As far as I can see it requires more luck than anything
else...)

Alternatively, a save game would be nice. I have completed the other
three Spirit Guide puzzles in Anasazi plus the Snake puzzle in the
shaman's cave. I've also completed both Egypt and Maya so I have nowhere
else to go in the game. The save game doesn't have to have all of that
completed, I can easily go through it again, but it would be nice if
nothing more was solved :-)

I'm playing the game on my TiBook 667MHz running Mac OS 9.2.2. I don't
know if this means anything.

Thanks,
Thomas

Huh. Okay, I vaguely remember this...

(Don't have a saved game, though, sorry.)

The walkthrough I found says "Try putting the arrow parallel to and
slightly away from the left side of the column, pull it completely
back and let fly. The relative space between the column and the arrow
should be about the width of the arrow's head." Hm. A different one
says "Smallest arrowhead, one notch down from fully drawn." The other
cited trick is to save right before you fire, so that you can restore
and try again with (presumably) the exact same wind conditions.
