Why am I unable to create WoW Expansion race characters...

I'm on a brand new 24" 2.8GHz iMac running OSX 10.5.1 and the two
expansion races are greyed out. Blizzard just replied with an
astonishingly unhelpful form letter. Cheers Blizzard. Nice to see you
still suck (I was a Diablo 1 and 2 player).

Is the package properly installed? One idea might be to rip the whole
game off your system and reinstall.

It turned out you can't install both WoW and expansion at once and have
it work. You need to log into WoW, then install the expansion, say yes
when you're asked if you'd like to upgrade your account (duh), and log
in again. Fortunately Blizzard fails to mention this or provide any way
to upgrade your account if it doesn't work out. Way to go Blizzard! It's
refreshing to see things are as bad as they were in D2.

Sadly I'm discovering WoW is cursed by Blizzard in the same way D2 is.
Nothing is explained. NOTHING. Gods this is frustrating. Is there
another decent MMORPG for Macs? Anything not tainted by Blizzard?

P.S. Is there a way to have another attack besides regular attack occur
when you click on an enemy?

yeah, eve-online, the awesomest mmorpg out there, and it's not tainted
by blizzard. wow is gay anyways...
