Hello,

On behalf of The MacIntosh Team (TMT), I'd like to proudly announce the
release of Realm of Chaos, the first-ever 32-level Doom2 WAD made on the
MacIntosh.

The WAD contains 32 brand-spanking new high-quality levels, new skies, new
textures, and new splash screens. In addition, there is an optional patch
WAD that contains modified artifact graphics. We have been working since
May on these levels; they are sure to please even the most discriminating
Doomer. Multiple difficulty levels are supported, and Ultra-Violence is
designed to be harder than in the original Doom2 WAD (for all you Doom Gods
out there!) All levels support solo, co-op, and deathmatch play, although
only solo play has been tested rigorously. The full WAD is now being sent
to the TMT Website (http://www.smartlink.net/~sid/Main.html) and should be
available for download late Thursday night (Halloween) or Friday.

All authors are MacDoom players, and all levels have been created on
Macintosh computers.
