URGENT: Bento Copying records, including photos

How can I export jpeg files which form part of the records of a
library so that the data includes the photos? We are a two people who
need to share a 700-record inventory, including photos

Any help would be great

Other than that, I am not aware of any way to export non-text data from
Bento, short of manually going to each record and choosing "Save Media
File". It is the main reason I have avoided using Bento for anything
containing non-text data.

AppleScript is not an option - Bento 3 is not scriptable.
