MT-NW and Motzarella
Barry Margolin
with Motzarella.org a few days ago. Since then, I've noticed that
MT-Newswatcher often crashes when I quit. Nothing is lost, since I was
quitting anyway, but it's annoying. Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes. Now intermittently get "unexpectedly quit" message after Quitting
application. Had not done this until I added the second server
(Motzarella) and a separate Group window for same.

Data point: I use both, no problems.
I did have horrible crashing problems with MT-NW earlier -- when I wiped
the preferences, they stopped instantly. Not sure which file was causing
the problem; I must get around to restoring my filters.

Same with aioe.org. Turning off SSL makes the issue go away.
