Yes, it's maddening. Especially when, after thirty clicks it does work,
but by then I'm clicking so madly that by the time I realize that it
finally worked, I've already clicked again, thus losing the menu and
having to try all over again.

Not sure when this bug started. Could be some MT-NW version, or the move
to Intel, or the move to Leopard.

No shit. I do that a lot too! Grrr! I'm glad I'm not the only one.

Hmmm... I wonder - does MacSOUP have such a feature?

I've emailed Simon before about, with no response. I emailed him once
more again this morning. I've got my fingers crossed; but I'm not
holding my breath.
