PPP Timer Needed

I use OpenTransport PPP which does keep a full log, and is part of the
standard system software (at least with OS8). Then you can use any timer
you like. I use OT/PPP-Premier.

Just curious - what is 100% tamper-proof ... and what software met that
standard?
