I rented my first movie from the iTunes store and cannot move it to my
iPod.
The Help feature says:
". . .to transfer the rental to an iPod, connect the device, select it
in iTunes, click the Movies tab, select the movie, then click Move."
Did all that, however, in the Movies tab window everything is greyed out
except Sync Movies. The rented movie title is not there.
I'm presuming the Move button is supposed to show up with the title of
the Movie if things weren't greyed out/unavailable.
Also, my iPod model is listed in the iTunes Help as one that can accept
Movies.
Any ideas?

You don't have a "Classic". Technically the 5th generation iPod is
simply called an iPod, or iPod with video. It can play movies but not
movie rentals.

Adrian, Lewis --thanks for the info. The branding of iPods has changed
over the last few versions. The current one is now called Classic.
And the iTunes Help still lists my iPod serial number suffix as working
with rentals.
So much for using it to watch movies on air flights.
You can still buy and watch movies ... just not the rental movies.
As the Apple Website says "Movies rented on the iTunes Store will play
only on the current-generation iPod classic, iPod nano, and iPod touch."
You can also convert DVDs with Handbrake. Watch YouTube videos using
TubeTV etc etc.

Yeah, converting movies with Handbrake is awesome. They typically knock
down on a gen 5 iPod to about 500 MB.
