Since upping to OS 9.2.2, and performing all the sw/hw upgrades I've done
in the past couple months, LimeWire doesn't find anything for me, and
most times initiating a search sends it endlessly searching, never even
reaching the end of the peer list (?), much less matching what I'd
searched for. I became so fed up that I deleted it (including the
installer), vowing never to touch it again...at least not till there's
an improved version available.
It could be that I just didn't know how to tweak it for optimal
performance, but I felt I should find a better app. I have yet to
search for one.
Just sharing my experience.
Happy computing,
Eric
