App Store is showing the iTunes 11.3 update for me in 10.8.5 and 10.9.4.
Software Update is showing the same iTunes version in 10.6.8 and 10.7.5.
If you can't see it, the most likely explanations are:
(a) The update hasn't arrived yet at the particular Akamai distributed
server node that your 10.8.5 machine happens to be referencing (perhaps
a different node from the other computers due to different DNS settings
on that computer, or it is on a different Internet connection?) It can
take several hours for some parts of the distributed server network to
catch up with available software updates from Apple.
(b) You might have (deliberately or accidentally) told App Store to hide
iTunes updates. Have a look in the "Store" menu in App Store: if there
is a "Show All Software Updates..." command at the bottom, then choose
that, and App Store will recheck for available updates.
