I'm looking for suggestions for automating the process of entering data
from paper surveys into a database (probably 4D). We have a 6 page
survey that is sent to college alumni to gather data for one of our
departments. I've heard of forms programs that produce the paper form
and provide a means for uploading data from completed surveys via a
scanner/OCR process. Does anyone know of any applications that can be
used to achieve this with the Mac?
