How can I hack the appearance of IE5?

Is it posible to hack IE5 to eliminate the "OS X"-ish pinstripe menubar
background to plain old gray? I find it really impairs the readability of the
menus and unlike MS Office 2001, IE's cannot be changed to Mac OS Appearance
compliant.

Can anyone ID the resources that I can change/delete to make the menu look
normal?

Have you tried changing Browser Color to Graphite or Black ?

I think there's something about this on ResExcellence.Com ... have you
tried peeking around there?
