Convert your MT-NewsWatcher filters into YA-NewsWatcher, which can then be
converted to Thoth.
As for group lists, just get the newsrc data out of the MT-NewsWatcher saved
file and import it into Thoth.

As I said, you then have to convert them from YA to Thoth. It's the
filter->pref application. Read the manual for instructions.

Don't export the group list. Open it in a text editor and copy out the data,
or re-save it as a text file. That can then be imported into Thoth.
