Remember how easy it used to be to locate movie, sound, and Flash files
by simply opening your browser's Cache folder? (It was even named Cache
for crying out loud.)

Can anyone recommend a way pilfer Safari's cache folder so as to
extract media files that cannot be saved in a 'ordinary' manner?

Thank you very much.

Try opening the activity window and option-double-clicking to download
the object you want, when the webpage containing the object is open.
