Leading Edge -> Word 5

I have a customer who wrote her dissertation on a Leading Edge DOS box
using the "Leading Edge" software provided by the manufacturer. But
this software can not do the formatting necessary for a University of
Chicago dissertation and we need to get the files translated to Word 5
on a Mac.

Does any one know where I can obtain a translator for these files. If
necessary, I can use DOS software to translate to a more mainstream
format before I finish bringing them into Word 5, if such a beast
exits and there is no Mac solution.
