Are there any alternate clients for Yahoo Messenger besides what's available
from Yahoo? Specifically I'm looking for one that allows access to the Yahoo
chat rooms. I know there are several alternatives for the PC side of things. The
chat room function for the Yahoo Mac client sucks badly compared to the Windows
version.

AdiumX has Yahoo Chatroom support, provided you know the names of the
groups you want to join. It doesn't currently show you a list of
available rooms like Yahoo Messenger does.

Note that Adium is a text-only client though, it doesn't yet support
audio or video chat. It's very good at what it does, though.
