ITools problem

sorry if this is not the right place for this query, but:

Itools site refuses to change the address that my email is forwarded to.
I change the address, submit it - I even get the email telling me my
mail is now being forwarded to the new address. But all email still
comes through to the old forwarding address.

Even if I turn email forwarding off (what I actually need) the emails
still come through. Doesn't seem to be any address on the ITools site
for tech support - just a "comments and suggestions" form which I
imagine is not at the top of someone's pile of things to deal with.

Can anyone help?

My girl friend in Boston had this problem. I could not turn off
forwarding in iTool for her. What we did do is have iTools forward to
her Yahoo account then we had Yahoo forwarded to iTools. This caused
the messages to jump back and forth leaving Apple to have no choice but
to turn of forwarding themselves. Maybe if enough people do it they'll
start to get the picture. Sorry but this is the only advice I have I
could not contact Apple about it either.

outrageous.

I'm losing my old email address and have no choice therefore but to lose
my mac.com address. "email address for as long as you are member of
ITools" my ARSE.

dammit.
