Once in a while I have a need to burn a CD while in a VirtualPC session.
Plain data CDs are just fine. Anyone know of what brand will work? I could
buy & try a brand that would let me return it, but I'd rather know
beforehand. Thanks.

I think this will depend more on whether VPC allows CD burner
software to work. This is a feature I would not assume exists.

Note, however, that even if you can't burn from within VPC, most CD
burning software (including Roxio's EZ CD Creator) can create a CD
image file, which you can then burn to a disc from MacOS using Disk
Copy or Toast.

My recommendation would be to get a drive that has good MacOS
support. It would surprise me if VPC would support some
Mac-compatible drives and not others.
