My family and I will be taking a long driving vacation soon, and I've put
a copy of Route 66 2004 USA/Canada on my aging Powerbook G3 (2000). I've also
got a Rayming TN-200 Tripnav GPS hooked up, and a Madsonline auto adaptor for
power. Together they make for a pretty complete navigation/tracking system.

As I envision it, I'll only be using the Powerbook occasionally - most of
the time it'll just be sitting there in sleep. I would like to have a
Powerbook "holster" affixed to the central console, a U shaped stiff
apparatus near the passenger's (actually navigator's) left leg.

The powerbook will have two cords coming from it - the power and USB to
the GPS, both coming out the back. Therefore, I'd like the holster to hold
the powerbook with the backplane up and the cords still connected.

Does anyone know where I could purchase such a thing - or know what I
could use in its construction? Even a hint as to what to use to get a
powerbook-shaped stiff holding cavity would be a help.
