...released at the same time as FIFA 2012 in general.

But go on ignoring evidence of the Mac's growing use, trolls!

Poor Alan, he can't type in "for Windows", he has to type "in
general". I suppose by "in general" it must be released for Linux,
Android, Symbian, iOS and Blackberry too?

What an idiot.

I don't know about Linux, but:

iOS: yes.
Xbox: yes
PS3: yes
PS2: yes
Wii: yes
PSP: yes
Windows: yes.

Hence: "in general".

So its being included in a general release across all platforms for
one game? I better step back before I get washed away by the tsunami
of evidence that provides! 8)

Huh? Windows is in the minority here. "in general" means consoles.
Windows gaming is an afterthought these days for just about any game.
Even Crysis 2 just recently got an DX11 patch. Crysis that was the
staple game for PC hardware.

And as for Fifa - Consoles *OWNS* that game. No one sits at their
Windows PC and plays football games.

Not much "evidence", but it is a popular game. Can't see anyone
playing it on a Mac or PC. It's a die hard console game.

On a related note, the Unreal 3 engine is coming to the Mac, which is
slightly more "evidence" if that's what you're looking for.

I'm looking at the EA website and the Mac is not on the list of
platforms for this game. iOS is on the list, but not OS X.

EA SPORTS Football Club — the heartbeat of FIFA Soccer 12 — is a live
service at no additional cost, connecting players to the real-world
game with fresh, new content all the time, enabling them to support
their favorite club and connect and compete with their friends, rivals
and millions of other players around the world.

Remember folks, FIFA Soccer 12 will be available in stores September
27th in North America and September 30th worldwide for the PlayStation
3, Xbox 360, PC, Wii, PlayStation 2, Nintendo 3DS, PSP (PlayStation
Portable) system, iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

http://www.ea.com/news/release-date-for-fifa-2012-announced

Alan, what are you looking that has Mac OS? iOS does not count.

OK, show us a link where it says that EA released the game for the
Mac. Not the iPad, not the iPhone, the Mac.

The sad part about this whole thread....

Is if you are stupid enough to use a Mac you actually have check and
make sure it's compatible with the Macs, cause most stuff isn't. With
Windows you don't even to check, EVERYTHING is compatible with
Windows, since it has 98% world market share and OS X has around
nothing.

The child molester is after his time, as usual. Windows is a DYING
platform for gaming. RAZR is desperately trying to ignite it with new
exciting hardware while AMD and NVidia is slowing down gaming GFX
progression.

It's all because of welfare cases like you that can't afford to buy
games and applications so you have to pirate them. It's exactly what
happened to the Amiga.

For the Amiga, it killed the platform. For Windows, who knows? The
enterprise is laughing MS in the face, the gamers are abandoning them
in droves. MS is killing themselves with the Xbox, which just now is
in the black. The Zune was abandoned before even released, their smart
phone business is trying to infiltrate their main OS business so
someone will use their product.

I think the main users of Windows in the future will be the botnets.

Only when you provide it will you have gotten it right.

In the meantime, it's a baseless conclusion.

Too funny. Alan Baker, the high school drop out, giving lessons on the
scientific method and what constitutes proof in science.

Stick to repairing iPhones, and contributing to music recording by means
of modifying photoshop files of 18 wheelers, lying scum bucket.
