And she thinks Apple will overtake HP as the largest computer seller.

So who should I believe? Some nameless troll on Usenet who doesn't
think the iPad is not running a "real OS" or the CEO of HP?

Your problem in life; you're a one trick pony.

"Still, iPads, or tablets in general, are not viable desktop or laptop
replacements, Vineet Jain, CEO and co-founder of Egnyte, said. Serious
work requires other devices, he argued. “When you need to reference
four things simultaneously — bullshit, you can’t do that [on an

LOL!! One very small paragraph at the very end of a story that is
saying nearly the opposite opinion and you think that proves some
bullshit point you'd like to make?

It is really funny that most of you wintrolls are willing to post links
to stories and articles that DON'T prove your point....

Hmmm. Who has more credibility? The founder of an unknown third rate
hosting company or the former CEO of Ebay and the current CEO of HP --
the largest computer maker in the world?

Hmmmmm.........since I personally don't know either one, I'm not
qualified to give an opinion.

Are you done with animal shit patrol for the day - or do you have a
second shift this PM, Karl?

Looks like you're famous. But less than 130K of sales with two
employees?? Not too good a ratio. Maybe you should try to sign up
more accounts instead of frittering your time away here and looking
like a jerk.

Why would I "sign up accounts" for a company that I don't have
anything to do with?

I still can't figure out why I would want to deny owning a business
and instead admit that I work for someone else for a living.....

If my business grossed what yours does, I would deny that I was the
owner also.

As for working for someone else - if in fact you could get hired - you
would only last a few days at most.

And I fail to see how this is innovative. You can run a remote
desktop client or VNC client now on the iPhone or iPad.

But your opinion is worthless. The only thing you excel at is picking
up animal shit. Maybe an enterprising Luser like you can turn that
into a multi-million dollar waste processing business. Your going to
have to increase your volume though. But putting your hand out to
daddy to fill is easier for a useless know nothing like you.

I wouldn't think so; Michigan is a long way from Decatur, Ga.

So this month you value the opinion of the CEO of HP on the iPad being
a "real" computer. But HP is leaving the computer business. And last
month you were crowing about that. How droll.

Now if your done - END

Yo, community college boy, look up argumentum ad verecundiam.

Of course it's a computer. The question is whether it's suitable to
perform specific tasks that the user requires in order to be productive.

Do you whip out your iPad when you're using Photoshop or MS word?

Well now the definition of a "suitable computer" is whether it can run
PhotoShop and Word?

But yes, I have "whipped out" my iPad with a Bluetooth keyboard and
typed a requirements doc using Pages.

1. I'm not going to sit down and watch a nearly hour-long video because
you provide a link.

2. If you understand why VNT "can't do that", you should be able to
articulate why without needing to give me a link to a video. If you
can't articulate they why, then you are not qualified to say "VNC can't
do that".

isn't Meg Whitman the one who killed eBay? i think so, she'll do the
