Nuff said. And to think, just a decade ago, Mike was making
condescending statements about Apple.

Just think you Moron, Mike has more money than Steve Jobs. Twice as much,
and he charges 1/3rd of what Jobs does.
Stupidity should be terminal.
What does Dell charge 1/3 the price of?

Then how come his business model is failing miserably and Apple is worth more
money than Dell?
With $12 Billion in the bank, would you give a fuck if your business was
diminishing?
A Liver.
Thank you.

So your point is that Mike doesn't care about his company or his
employees... got it.
His employees are still working.
As for his shareholders - speculation is rife with danger.
The question is, if you had his $12 Bil instead of your two nickels, what
would you be doing?
FYI; Your piece of shit newsreader doesn't quote. Do you have the brain to
fix it?
Actually, yes, I would. One of the problems with Capitalism is that the
concept of "Noblis Oblige" no longer seems to apply, and, historically it
never did. For a brief moment after the Great Depression, companies gave it
lip service, but after the 1960's that quickly went away. Michael Dell
started a business, hired people to do the work, and engendered some level of
loyalty in his employees. Then, when the business goes south, It's suddenly
"Too bad that you no longer have a job but I don't care. I have a bundle and
can live in indolent ease the rest of my life, it doesn't matter to me that
my business has failed." He feels no sense of real obligation to either the
organization that he founded or the people who made him rich. And folks
wonder why I'm a Marxist!

Google Groups is likely the only place that will let Steve still post:

Try to understand that this is not meant to be insulting or personal.
I don't give a fuck what you think or do.
Of course I would -- but a child-like mind like yours wouldn't
understand that adults often value something other than wealth.
You mischaracterized the difference in price and the difference in
products vastly; clearly, you have either little knowledge or far too
much attitude.
Then why did you ask me the question: "...would you give a fuck if your
business was diminishing?"
Seems to me that you're not making much sense, here. You ask me a question
and then tell me that you don't give a f___k about my answer? This causes me
to ask you the question, if you don't care about the viewpoints of others,
why engage in a conversation with them?
I was looking for a yes or no answer. Not a thesis on how Michael Dell
should conduct himself.
Your statement shows how little you really understand. With $12 Bil what is
someone to do, try for the record of richest dead guy?
Your simple mind doesn't grasp the fact that a business is only a vehicle
toward wealth. Ask any Apple shareholder.
>> You mischaracterized the difference in price and the difference in

Your problem is common. The misdirected mindset that the same product,
doing the same job, with a different label at a higher price, is somehow
better.
So people might lose jobs and you gloat. All you MacFreaks seem to do the
same. You are a moronic low-life. And a fan of Gumpisms. How droll - you
parrot a retard.
IOW, you're just trolling- again.
But OSX makes it NOT the same product. Surely even YOU can fathom that.
OSX? Where is OSX mentioned? OSX can run on PC's. Windows can do anything
OSX can do, better, can you fathom that?
> OS X? Where is OS X mentioned? OS X can run on PC's. Windows can do anything
> OS X can do, better, can you fathom that?
Can you fathom Windoze being a malware and virus magnet, zara? I bet
not, due to being perpetually zonked out on LSD.
I guess Dell will just have to outsource more tech support job to even
more impoverished countries.
Pakistan?
Maybe Afghanistan?
Except that Windows CAN'T and doesn't do "anything OSX can do" and it
certainly does nothing better. Hell it does nothing AS WELL as OSX! And OSX
is what makes a Mac NOT the same product as a Windows PC, that's where it's
mentioned! And while OSX CAN run on PCs it is "illegal" to do so. But when
one runs OSX on a PC, that PC becomes a Mac and a better product.
So, once again, you are wrong across the board as, also once again, you
confuse market share with quality.
Also there are lots of things that Windows does not and can not do as well as
OSX under the best of circumstances.
Whichever's cheapest. Why not Zaire?
To reiterate; Windows can do anything OSX can do, better. You can huff, and
you can puff, but you can't change the truth. Even if you write in BIG
LETTERS, it doesn't change the fact, OSX is a piece of shit, and you are
George Graves.
Childish at best. Is senility speaking?
Well of course!
Or btter net, dn't offer support at all. Just make it frustrating for
users to get through they'll give up, and spend $50 on a new hard drive
(that should have been covered under warranty) at some local store.
It benefits Dell, the local store and the user - somehow.
Zara, I am not this George Graves person. As far as I can see the only thing
that I have in common with this Graves person is that I am a Mac advocate and
others here say that he was as well (and I don't even know that for sure). As
for Mac vs Windows. Windows is primitive and crippled by both legacy support
and Microsoft's unwillingness to fix its myriad of problems. It's poor;ly
designed, poorly implemented and much harder to set-up and use than it should
be. Oh, yes, it's also as ugly as a warthog.

popular software is supported.
Lessee, you act like zara, you post like zara, you make the same kinds of
stupid, uneducated, pro-Windows and anti-Mac statements that zara makes and
you are certainly SOMEBODY'S sockpuppet because you've been here long enough
to remember this Graves poster (who apparently hasn't been here in several
years). You are also nasty and mean-spirited just like zara and yet you are
not he? Gimme a break, zara.
And he has a broken newsreader like Zara.

Oh, yeah. I forgot that one!
Again we see that zara is so stupid that he/she/it has nothing original to
say. A real waste of a human being.

Like trying to have a conversation with a parrot.
