Intellesale has charged me a restocking fee for returning a defective
computer. That is in addition to the shipping fees I paid to send the unit
back. They had my money for over 5 weeks and could never send me a working
product. I simply asked(and was promised by one of the customer service
reps) for a full refund.
The bottom line... Intellesale makes money shipping defective products.
They never fulfilled their part of the transaction and made 20%. What a
business!!!!
You ordered for a working laptop but they have not yet shipped you one.
Write the credit card customer service. They might be able to help.
My friend ordered a laptop from ecost.com. It was defective. If we
returned, we would lose 15% restock fee. It was not fair. I avoid any stores
like this.

Was it under warranty from Dell? Sending it to Dell for repair may have been
the better option.
Beware Intellesale!
