I have an IBM a22M Thinkpad. What's the max hard drive and ram I can install? Trying to upgrade for the switch to Vista. Thanks.

Your max values really depend on the system board and processor combination. If you have less than a 1Gig processor I would not even consider the upgrade to Vista. "Atl-Man" <gaij...@hotmail.com> wrote in message news:1156164238.7...@75g2000cwc.googlegroups.com...

You can probably use any 2.5" hard drive (they go up to 160MB; if you have the 137gb limit, you could still use a 120gb hard driver). Not sure about the ram.

what processor is entirely dependent on what the system board can handle. The same is true of amount of memory that the laptop can use "FM" <fra...@gmail.com> wrote in message news:1156450197....@75g2000cwc.googlegroups.com...
