I have an IBM a22M Thinkpad. What's the max hard drive and ram I can
install? Trying to upgrade for the switch to Vista.

Your max values really depend on the system board and processor combination.
If you have less than a 1Gig processor I would not even consider the upgrade
to Vista.

You can probably use any 2.5" hard drive (they go up to 160MB; if you
have the 137gb limit, you could still use a 120gb hard driver). Not
sure about the ram.

You can get 512 in it pc133 ... larger hard drive .. but what about
CPU? What is largest? I thin the cpu can upgraded I have 954mhz about
