In our conversation he said he would replace the CPU, but then only did
so (maybe not, since I haven't received the notebook who knows?) when
when I noticed he hadn't done so. He told me he would send the laptop
back via Fedex. He took the payment, and has not responded to any e-mail
(or telephone call) since, and he has not sent back my notebook. (I
asked him for the Fedex tracking number, no response from him).
