Hi People
My beautiful IBM Thinkpad is entering its 14th year of faithful
service. In all these years I had only change the power batter and the
CMOS batery a couple of times. Everything else is original. It came
with a 40 GB HDD and I changed it to a 160 GB one only because I
needed more space.
It is my workhorse of the day with its XP SP3 (W7 was too slow when I
tried). Though I have another latest Lenovo G50 Lappie with W10 I use
it rarely.
Kudos to my great IBM Thinkpad

Have you tried installing a UNIX-like OS on it? It might bring life back
to that warhorse.
