Is MTA supports Microstation V8

dear all,

i want to create tin file from vector compiled data. All these files
are in Microstation V8 and size is more than 32 mb. Is MTA supports
Microstation V8 ? I want to create DTED level 1 using tin-gris-dted
process.
Is there any method? Can u explain me more about to non projected
dsign file and model statistics ?
My grid file shows 30m spacing but and if dted (which was exported
from that same grd file) imported in MTA, shows different .003
spacing. I need help regarding this
